Homemade Cashew Milk
GAME CHANGER!!! In my opinion, this is the easiest nut milk to make. It takes less than 5 minutes and there is no straining involved! You have the option of soaking the cashews for a few hours before blending but you don't have to! I'm obsessed with cashew milk for my chai tea lattes, my smoothies, and so much more......Here we go:
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of raw organic cashews
2 cups of filtered water
Optional:
1 pitted date
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla flavoring or extract
Pinch of pink salt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a vitamix or blender and blend until smooth!!! Store in mason jars in the fridge for 3-5 days!
