San Diego Health Coaching; Local Clients

After years of Health Coaching with both international clients(virtually) and local clients in San Diego, I have noticed a few direct benefits that can really aide my local Health Coaching clients here in San Diego. Although the majority of my local clientele prefer to meet virtually, or over the phone due to limited schedules, the benefit of being in the same time zone and being able to meet in person, if needed, is priceless. This also plays a large role in one of my most impactful Health Coaching services: ‘The Pantry Clean-Out.’ This is an opportunity to meet face to face in your home, and discuss your current kitchen routine, pantry staples, questionable products, and provide healthier options to replace or accompany your current routine. The Pantry Clean-Out is an ‘add-on’ service that focuses on the education of quality ingredients, and provides an opportunity to swap out brands or products for healthier alternatives.

Another direct benefit to health coaching with local clients in San Diego, is my ability to provide detailed grocery shopping lists and locations. Not only does this greatly enhance the ‘Pantry Clean-Out’ mentioned above, but enables my local clients ability to shop with confidence, and use my support around the clock to choose the best quality products. This support is not exclusive to local San Diego clients. For example, Grocery Stores include: Costco, Jimbo’s, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Thrive Market, and select big name chains with enhanced Organic produce sections. Whether you are from another state, or another country; more than likely, there is an option close to you. Finally, for some clients in San Diego that wish to take the Health Coaching one step further, I offer my services as a ‘private chef’, delivering meals to your door on a weekly or monthly basis.

If you are interested in working with a Health Coach in San Diego, it all begins with a free consultation, here. This is the first step towards working with me on-on-one, and discovering / feeling your best self. Many health coaching programs are tailored to a group environment, or appear as ‘one size fits all’, which is why I have developed my health coaching to meet specific personal needs and interests in a ‘one-on-one’ setting as every individual is unique in their circumstances. Below are some of the steps we take together to make the changes needed to support you in your goals.

These are my five steps for working with a health coach:

  1. Questionnaire / Free Consultation

  2. Pantry Clean-out

  3. Weekly support to implement changes

  4. Routine / Habit Forming/ education

  5. Unlimited texting/email communication

Looking forward to meeting you soon!
