Turmeric Immunity Shots!


These shots are filled with so much goodness. The garlic was an adjustment for me, but reading about the anti-viral and benefits really made it a great addition! I can't wait for you to enjoy!

Ingredients:


4 inches turmeric

4 inches fresh ginger

2 oranges peeled

2 garlic cloves


Directions:


Take the ingredients and run them through the juicer. Optional to strain the pulp!

Note: the amount of ingredients necessary will vary greatly based on the juicer that is used.


Makes 2 to 4 servings
